FED: Crew crammed nine to a cabin, no running water = 2

AMSA spokesman David Gray said later the 230-tonne Ocean Mercury's crew and master,
totalling 10, were all Indonesians.

The ship was due to be inspected again in the morning after which it would sail if all
problems had been solved.

AMSA would not let the vessel sail without running water, or linen and blankets, Mr Gray
